Needed a small repair on an expensive shearling coat. Also needed a button. Paid to have 3 new buttons put on so they would all match. Jamie (I think) was excellent! He confirmed everything with the seamstress and told me it would be one week. He wrote the slip clearly stating 3 new buttons. Imagine my shock when I got the coat home and discovered only 1 new button! While it was ultimately made right; it did take another trip to the place and another pickup.
