We use the North Scituate location and are fairly new customer of Dependable. FAR superior to our "old" (will remain nameless to protect the guilty) dry cleaner. Clothes are extremely clean and crisp. Also, the employees are very helpful on special requests and friendly (especially Tracey in N.Scitown store)
Excellent friendly service, cleaning and pressing done well,at a good price. This was my first experience with Dependable Cleaners. I will be back!
Great job laundering and cleaning! I love how they describe the clothes that we're dropped off, and you can log into your account and see everything. Their whole system is very well-organized. I also took a lot of clothes there to be tailored and was super pleased with the results. I had tried three other tailors in Quincy, and this place was the best!
While I was impressed with the quality of tailoring, I was unhappy with the pickup experience. I needed a pair of pants hemmed for Monday morning at 11 AM, no cleaning, just pressing. I called before I came on Saturday afternoon to ensure that they would be able to complete the tailoring on such a tight turnaround, and was assured that it was fine. It was fast turnover and the clothes came out alright. Bit on the expensive side but convenient.
This was my first time as I just moved to the area. They explained the entire process to me and to my surprise have same day service with no additional charge!! I was notified via email when my dry cleaning was ready to be be picked up. Very organized process.
Thoroughly satisfied. Was loyal to a mom and pop dry cleaner for 6 years. After they lost an expensive article of clothing, denied it, lied to me I was desperate for a new dc. Love the quick turn around, friendly positive customer experience, and the quality is worth the price. No complaint here - I will be back.
