I brought in my Land's End winter jacket for cleaning and was delighted that you were able to clean the ends of the sleeves. I thought the dirt and discoloration were permanent. My jacket looks like new.

Everybody was so friendly and efficient with both drop off and pick up. Only took 24 hours to have 3 winter jackets cleaned.
Good, however, frustrating. I dropped off jeans to be fixed (only b/c the woman I usually go to is on vacation so figured I'd try some place new) and was happy with the job, but not the service. The girls working could not give me a price when I dropped off my jeans and still didn't have a price when I picked up the item. I left a 2nd item which also could not be given a price for but given the time I needed it done, I just left it. I felt the girls working there were somewhat rude.

Great customer service and even better cleaning service. I’m very obsessive with how my clothes smell after dry cleaning. Absolutely NO chemical odor and NO fading on my black jeans. Thank you!

Awesome job - had a pair of pants i needed hemmed for a wedding I was in (found out 2 days before my usual suit was no good) - they delivered in 1.5 days as promised. Highly recommended! Very happy with Lisa and the tailor that too care of me !
