Leo has been taking care of our dry cleaning needs for 8 years. He is the best service provider I have ever had in any industry and I think he should be promoted to train others in how to excel at customer relations. He is friendly, trustworthy, responsible and kind and just a fantastic person. We are moving out of the area and will miss him!

Have been using Dependable for years. Leo always takes care of things for me. Easy to put stuff out for them and get it back a few days later. Actually installed a hook on my front porch to remind me. Thanks for making it easy. Why would you want to drive somewhere? In fact, I can do that right on the way to the Pike if I forget.
Dependable has been my go-to dry cleaner for YEARS. I appreciate the speed and quality of their service. I have their home delivery service and our driver (Leo) has always made it a priority to ensure that our clothes were delivered promptly on our schedule delivery day. Should we ever need our clothes sooner than our assigned delivery day, I just let the folks at the front desk know that I'd prefer to pick up instead. It could NOT be easier!
We have been using Dependable for several years. Our deliverer - Leo - is always super nice and attentive to our needs. Very communicative regarding any changes in drop off and pick up schedules. On occasions our specific instructions at the cleaners had been overlooked but Leo is always attentive to making it right for us. 👍
