Way too expensive at almost $4 a shirt! You will not be my preferred cleaner

Everything was fine and friendly. I dropped off 2 items , a shirt for dry cleaning and a pair of pants for alteration. The only uncomfortable feeling I had was I left the store with no receipt or slip of any kind. I asked for a receipt of some kind to show what I had done but they said I don't need one its in the computer? Wrong.... I want one, I need one.
Everything as expected
Arthur was very pleasant. I told him about some missing clothes I have.
Jamie is always polite & friendly when I go there. He doesn't get mad when I ask questions. Thank you for being well mannered. Always a pleasure to talk to! I am always pleased with my dry cleaning.
