Super fast quality and friendly service
I've found Dependable great - we use their pickup service for our dry cleaning. Clothes come back in great shape, and they call if any issues are found. Jeffrey Smith has provided great service!
Very happy with every single aspect of the service except it was a little pricey, especially for the non-wash & fold items. Overall great job and will come back

I love this place! My clothes appear new and do not degrade as quickly as they did in the past when I used a not so known cleaners. I believe it’s because of the expertise of the professionals at Dependable Cleaners on Dorchester Avenue when it comes to the processes necessary to treat the clothing. Also there is something special about a high end establishment that offers excellent service at a reasonable price.

As usual, the results and the service were excellent.
I come to the Hanover location several times a week, and everyone is so professional, accommodating and friendly and they make a point of calling me by name when I walk in and upon leaving as well. Impeccable customer service!
