Very friendly and accommodating service.
Personnel working the counter were very, very good, I used a 25% off coupon and I didn't like the way the discount is displayed on the receipt. It appeared the discount was not applied, I had to ask.

We have used two different Dependable stores, and both were fantastic! The service we get from Rich (Dorchester) and Arnita (Brookline) is top rate. They are friendly, fast, and get the job done right. Highly recommend!
