We are new to Rockland, found Dependable & we are very pleased with every aspect. Customer service, communication, pick-up and delivery service and everyone is very personable.
On time, the girl at the counter was very nice and pleasant

My favorite thing about Dependable Cleaners is my driver Leo. He is one of the most personable and service oriented professionals I’ve ever met. I gave only four stars because we had some issues with wrinkled collars, but Leo is working directly with me to fix that and the last batch came back spectacularly well. Talk about customer service. My next review might well be five stars....
Shocking that everyone working there was so helpful and polite... it’s very rare to see that today!
