Overall, pleased. Shirts are cleaned and pressed. Not happy about additional charge for heavy starch. My old cleaners NEVER charged for that. You’re a bit more convenient and is the reason why I’m using Dependable. Two other things that should be brought to your attention is returns for missing stains and, a serious issue, pressing of pant seams. Shirts were cleaned well.. but my last few visits I have been disappointed in the ironing of the collars of my shirts. Every shirt collar seems to have wrinkles and/or an unevenness to them causing me to re-iron before I wear them. Not sure what’s causing this but I hope it can be fixed. Thank you.
Dependable delivered on every level. I needed seven shirts pressed. I was treated like an old friend, the shirts were ready on time, I received an email with a scan code that worked, picked up the shirts outside business hours — and the shirts were done beautifully. I could not have asked for better service or greater convenience. I’m a big fan.
