Leo Oliveira and Dependable provide good, reliable pickup and delivery service. I recommend them without hesitation. I have only one suggestion: Monday holidays occur frequently. Rather than canceling pickup, can you consider coming on Tuesday during a holiday week?
Leo is our delivery driver and is awesome. He takes care that our cleaning is safe despite the weather. Very happy with the service! Also the alterations i send in come out great.

Jeffrey Smith is unfailing reliable, professional, accomodating and friendly. Although I think Dependable is an excellent drycleaner, Jeffrey is the reason we have stayed with the company. Dependable is fortunate to have such a positive representative.
Jeffrey Smith is who we work with @ Dependable Cleaners for pickup/delivery to our Wellesley home and he has always provided outstanding service for us. Quick to respond when we have asked for a pick-up, very polite and never had an issue with anything. Highly recommended!
