I thought that the person at pickup offered exceptional customer service. Was disappointed at drop off not to have a receipt with a price total, however, pickup made it a better experience with nice friendly extra touches. Would you like to check your items, let me fix the plastic wrap, and person handed me the items after I checked them. Took extra efforts!

Prompt service, turnaround. Friendly staff. Just started home delivery service and the first week was outstanding. Great customer service, responsiveness. .
Staff weren’t sure my tote bag could be cleaned but said they would try. Sent it out and came back nice and clean! Had to call to check in on the status of my bag after 2 weeks but everyone was helpful and nice!
