Dependable's home delivery service is consistently top notch. The process could not be more simple and the notifications are timely. Jay and the team do an exceptional job with pick up and drop off and the cleaning service is always excellent. Any minor issues that arise are small and rare, especially for a logistically complicated enterprise. All such issues are addressed quickly and professionally and to the complete satisfaction of this customer.

It was a new girl that I saw yesterday when I went there, I loved her energy typically when I get there and they’re about to close, just like every service place you know they get annoyed Which I understand I work in a service place myself. I forget her name But she was super nice and had a lot of positive energy with her. I really appreciated it that!
Have had a consistently great experience with our delivery guy Jeffrey, though we almost never actually meet. When there's a problem he gets it fixed. Just gave them a jacket to clean I thought would have to be thrown out and it came back "as new." Good work, great service.
