I thought that the person at pickup offered exceptional customer service. Was disappointed at drop off not to have a receipt with a price total, however, pickup made it a better experience with nice friendly extra touches. Would you like to check your items, let me fix the plastic wrap, and person handed me the items after I checked them. Took extra efforts!
