Dependable employees are unfailingly cheerful and very good at their jobs. Clothes are always well-cleaned and/or tailored. I'm glad to have a Dependable Cleaners nearby.

Dependable on Lincoln street is THE BEST! They are always so friendly, and the remember never by name which is always nice. They have the 24 hour dropoff and pickup which is fantastic. But what I really think sets them apart is their attention to detail and proactive nature. I am working from home like many people, so I really haven’t needed my dry cleaning. Staff was great
I have not opened my bedspread yet so I can not comment on cleaning. But I am wondering if I could have asked for a box Or heavier plastic for storage. Even if extra $ ? Thank you !
Staff are Friendly and very informative about services and options. Perfectly washed, dried and folded, my laundry was ready for pick up 2 days earlier than expected! Putting my clothes away based on how he folded and packaged my items were an absolute breeze. I would highly recommend these services. I went to the Quincy, Quincy Avenue location.
