Always on time, friendly, staff know my name, and the extra time needed to fix a button or sew a hole is always addressed without any hesitation. Probably a 10-year customer with no plans to stop!

Items were done on time and in excellent order, there was an issue where one item went to the wrong store but the manager drove out to pick it up and dropped it off at my home. She went above and beyond what she needed to to fix the situation, couldn't have been happier!

I was so pleased that the woman working there, found a button to my husband's blazer in a pocket, and had it sewn on. Seriously, made my day! That is excellent customer service!
As usual, the people at Dependable / Hanover were courteous, efficient, and professional. They advised me correctly on how best to deal with mustard stains (sigh...), and when my item would be returned: they were spot on (no pun intended) in both areas.
