Every experience I have had at Dependable has been great. The staff is pleasant, welcoming and capable. I had one issue a while back which was resolved immediately and professionally. thanks!
Great staff in Hanover and we appreciate the attention to detail in your service! Had to have several sweaters dry cleaned when out of town recently and they came back feeling like cardboard and smelling of cleaning fluid which made us really appreciate your excellent service! Thank you.
Always a great experience with the team at the Hanover location. Lauren and her staff are always very professional and attentive to all my dry cleaning needs. The best clothing cleaning place that I have found on the South Shore.
I am always pleased and impressed with the friendliness and efficiency of the Hanover store employees. They go out of their way to welcome me into the store, process my order and make sure everything is to my satisfaction. One night I rolled in at exactly closing time and was unsure if they would try rush me through the transaction or "give attitude" at having to work past close....Not at all! Chad (I believe that was his name) was courteous and very pleasant.
Dependable Cleaners is the best around! On several occasions they have asked if I wanted a shirt or pant "re-washed" to see if a stain could be removed. They also have found the hem of my pants coming on done and have called to see if I want it fixed! Everyone is super friendly and their 24 hour is so convenient! They are the best!
I have been a client of Dependable for many years and have never been dissatisfied with the work and I'm always impressed with the friendly and positive service that your staff puts forth.
I always have a great experience when I go pick up my dry cleaning. Most of the employees recognize me on the spot. The service is always friendly, quick and courteous.
As always, I received friendly, professional and efficient service!
First class as always.
