I love the staff at my drycleaners on Galen Street in Watertown. They are extremely friendly and helpful. I have been allowed to pick up clothes even when I have arrived a few minutes after closing. I am always pleased with the quality cleaning my clothes receive.
As always, my experience when picking up my dry cleaning was excellent. The young woman that waited on me was very friendly and thorough.
The team at Hanover is awesome ..super friendly and clothes ready when promised..in the rare event there was a minor mishap they made it right.. Thanks for making my work clothes clean and hassle free:)
The intake person did not explain to me the priority of dry cleaning to take out the smell of a linseed oil stain. I explained it is the smell, not the stain that matters to my wife and me. In ignorance I wrongly thought these work pants needed to be washed. At pick up i was told my pants were both washed and drycleaned but the pickup desk person explained that only dry cleaning could work. Is it too late now to get the oil smell out? Thank you.
I love dependable cleaners but have stopped using you except for emergencies due to your prices being out of sight high. I do a ton of dry cleaning and shirts due ti my job but cant afford to use dependable on a regular basis. Its a shame

The Manager and Staff at the Rt53 Hanover location are always pleasant and efficient. After many years of hopping around drycleaners in the area I have been going to Dependable for at least 5 years now. There has never been an issue and they are always customer first. If I have an issue with a specific garment they address the problem quickly with no attitude or complaint. Thanks to the Team there for their conscientious service. They are a great example for how other retail businesses should be run.
