It is working out great. I don't have the headache of forgetting to bring my clothes in or finding the time to pick them back up. Also, my loads are smaller, so I am not getting down to my last pressed shirt and panicking about getting my clothes back for the next business day. Its a BIG help.
Even better than the name implies, Dependable Cleaners is an outstanding dry cleaner using green technology to provide my family with beautiful dry cleaning and laundry. They are a pleasure to talk to at each visit, provide easy drop off, automatic billing, and even special coupons throughout the year.
Dependable is always just that...dependable. The staff is always great and pleasant and on the ball. Service couldn't be better and the convenience of it all makes it easy all around. I wouldn't think to go to another place besides Dependable. You really live up to the name.

It is always a pleasure to enter Dependable. My most recent order was specifically tagged for stains - that I didn't mention. The stains were gone and service was great.
I enjoy the total attention that all the employees pay to the customer. I drop off early in the morning and my order is always done the same day, i may not pickup every time the same day but i know it is ready. Several times have have left crdit cards in my pockets and i get a phone to inform me and it is always locked in the safe,

The people at the Hanover store are great, top notch! And, I like the hard candy, always a treat.
Your personnel are excellent. I am always greeted warmly and quickly. My only complaint is double pleats in my pants. I ask every time, the intake employees make special tags but still I end up with double pleats. HELP!
