Always professional, friendly and super efficient service! Lauren and her team do an outstanding job!
Items were done on time and in excellent order, there was an issue where one item went to the wrong store but the manager drove out to pick it up and dropped it off at my home. She went above and beyond what she needed to to fix the situation, couldn't have been happier!
Kind service. Completely happy.
Great Quick service. Great attention to detail
Outstanding service. Clothes cleaned beautiffully
I was so pleased that the woman working there, found a button to my husband's blazer in a pocket, and had it sewn on. Seriously, made my day! That is excellent customer service!
As usual, the people at Dependable / Hanover were courteous, efficient, and professional. They advised me correctly on how best to deal with mustard stains (sigh...), and when my item would be returned: they were spot on (no pun intended) in both areas.
Nice friendly customer service. The young man answered my question. Even joked around. Nice
Great service, a little more expensive then my usual place but still great work!
