Dependable on Lincoln street is THE BEST! They are always so friendly, and the remember never by name which is always nice. They have the 24 hour dropoff and pickup which is fantastic. But what I really think sets them apart is their attention to detail and proactive nature. I am working from home like many people, so I really haven’t needed my dry cleaning. I have not opened my bedspread yet so I can not comment on cleaning. But I am wondering if I could have asked for a box Or heavier plastic for storage. Even if extra $ ? Thank you !
