I found your dependable bag on the back of the door hanging on the door knob and I was surprised to see two sweters in there.It has been over a year since the brought stuff in to be cleaned and they still had myname and everything was the same, I appre iated that and I picked up my sweaters the same day, great service. A company is only is good as it staff. I have been a VIP customer for years. The staff is always pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about dry cleaning. t The staff should be rewarded for their outstanding service to the customer. They are the reason why I continue to bring my items to Dependable Cleaners.
Having moved to Quincy recently we needed a new dry cleaner. Before we needed dry cleaning, we "needed" ice cream. We noticed Dependable Cleaners down the street and decided to go there because we had used other Dependable locations and had been happy. The representative who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful since it was my first visit.
