Every experience is a professional one with DC. The staff members are a pkeasure to deal with.Management must retain the current staff because the staff members at the counters are the representatives of the company and they make it easy to do business with DC,

You recleaned one item and it was satisfactory. I have an issue with the attitude (customer service) that I get from one particular employee. She is very nasty! Not really sure of her name but I really don't like dealing with her when I am there.

The staff members are keystone to any successful business. DC staff are professional, concerned, and well educated in the field of dry cleaning, it is a pleasure doing business with them because they are so pleasant. Management should acknowledge the staff's dedication to the company and compensate the front line workers for their service.

Cleaning was fine but hems on both pant legs came down after cleaning. Had to go to work that way, just would have been nice to know it before.
