Hi Yera, I first want to say that my experience with Dependable has been excellent over the years. Like any money concious consumer, I really appreciate the coupons you offer and often take advantage of them. More recently I have been finding that even though I present a coupon upon dropping off my clothing, when I come to pickup and pay the discount is not applied. I believe the reason is that the attendant hand writes the discount amount on a tag attached to my bag, which then goes unnoticed by the person ringing me up.... read more

The woman (Yara) who assisted me was polite and helpful, great customer service, that's why I chose to go here instead of the competition down the street. My pants were ready quickly and they were able to fix my buttons. She even gave me a coupon book!! I will frequent dependable cleaners for my future needs!!
