Joe Jacobs Sr. built Dandy Cleaners in 1955 then later sold the store to Margaret Smith. She owned Dandy until 1967 when Kenneth Hill bought it. Mr. Hill owned and operated the store for 35 years until his retirement in February 2003. Larry Hill, his son, who had worked with his father since 1978 is now the owner. Marcella was so courteous and prompt checking in my item. The cost to have my pants hemmed will make me do it myself next time. My pants were supposed to be finished the following Thursday but were not completed till October 29. Which was 5 days, (3 business days)
