The staff was very helpful. However the whole stain didn't come out and I thought it was a little pricey. Not sure if I would use your again.
Service was fast but not sloppy. My clothes turned out great. Employees were very kind, courteous, and helpful. I will be doing all of my dry cleaning here in the future.
The actually services were great, the customer service needs a bit of work at the location that actually washes the by-pound-laundry (Malta?). I got 4 phone calls with different answers nearly every time if they would be able to fulfill my request of having my garments cleaned and at S. Broadway location. The manager in Malta ended up just giving me a snide remark and talking beyond loudly on the phone at me when I had questions after the conflicting answers from the other 3 callers. First time customer and I am impressed. will certainly go to Cudneys when in town. Will certainly recommend to my traveling colleagues.
I brought in an item for tailoring. The process was easy and efficient. It was ready before the scheduled pick-up. I really liked the email notification and reminders. More importantly, when I dropped it off and picked it up both staff persons were friendly and helpful.
Very good job cleaning comforter. Love the convenience.
