I find your staff to be very pleasant which is a big plus in my book! I haven't checked out my clothing I have had dry cleaned yet as I have been busy, but the staff is excellent.

The young lady that I met when I dropped off suit jacket was wonderful and helpful and friendly. The young man that worked Saturday was not to friendly and I felt like I was bothering him.
Exceptional customer service at TheSprings location! Even when we move into our new home, I will continue to frequent the store because of the care and quality of customer relations! However I have a curtain that will need to be 're cleaned' which is a real bummer!
