Excellent. Great staff. Quick turn around time. Fantastic.
The person at the West Avenue location was extreme friendly and explained the difference between washing and dry cleaning my bed covering quilt. The store and the adjacent laundromat are always very clean. I moved to Schuylerville but still make the trip to your West Avenue location because of the quality work performed and your friendly and helpful personnel.
Dress was cleaned appropriately and quickly.

Customer service was exceptional and have now switched to have my clothing cleaned at Cudney's in Saratoga. The convenience of "modern technology" is great - I can pick up my dry cleaning even when the store is closed.
Everyone I dealt with at the counter was upbeat and helpful. I appreciated the quick turn around and getting the email reminder when my item was ready.
