Your staff, especially Jeanine, are always courteous and competent when responding to my dry-cleaning needs. Very often, Jeanine sees me coming and has my order ready for pick up before I open the door; such personal acknowledgment is rarely found today. Never a complaint on quality of cleaning. Dry cleaning is always ready when promised, usually earlier than promised. Shirts are crisp and clean. The ladies are always warm and friendly and make the visit very pleasant, thank you
I had a zipper replaced on some ski pants. Excellent job, and I am sure I will not have any future problems with the zipper. Much better than the original zipper, and the workmanship was excellent.
Items are always ready early.
