Front desk communication very poor. Gave me incorrect pricing and very vague on pick-up time. If you are going to state an afternoon pick up, you should be clear that it means after 5:30! Why not just say the following morning? Also, one of my shirts was damaged and I am not going to bother complaining about it due to your front desk coverage coming across with a "I do not care" attitude.
