Your Parkside store has been closed for weeks. I go to work everyday w 190 other employees in my company. I called Saturday and was told you will open Monday. You are not. I spend over $200.00 per month w your company. That’s over $2,400.00 per year. As of today you have lost my business. JIM Viox. Don’t bother calling or texting me. I’m certain dozens of other people in my company and community feel the same. We’re done w you.

I dropped of a dress with an attached belt. I asked that the belt not be removed. The lady that took my items said they could comply. They did not. The counter girl was completely clueless and wouldn’t talk to me. The manager was very nice.

The tie was not done on time. The stain remained only worse (larger). When I came to pick it up I was told it was good. A refund is requested & expected. Larry Cooper, 865-850-6327.

Bought a new dress shirt for my wedding, took it out of the package to have it pressed and when i picked it up it had a burnt stain on it. Thank god it was hideable when tucked in slacks. Will not use this cleaner again.
