Very disappointed in the overall cleaning. Shirts and trousers were wrinkled. I have never paid so much to have a shirt cleaned. we will not be back
I requested tags be removed from the 2 new suit’s however, they were not.
Your cleaning made my cotton suit pants slight more lighter than the jacket?
moved from Prestige, and the staff upon entering wasn't friendly or engaging. I was told that I would be emailed the price and total for the cleaning when complete. The email was never sent. Upon returning, staff was again not warm or friendly. Multiple people were randomly talking about events etc, but again not engaging. Loved the idea of "green" cleaner, but for the price and lack of friendliness, will not return.
It was our first experience using Crown Cleaners because we are new to the Knoxville area. We brought in King sized comforter on a Thursday afternoon and asked to pay the rush charge so that we could have it for the following Thursday (we had company coming into town). We were told there was no need to pay the rush, that it would be completed over the weekend. We never heard anything, so we called the following Thursday around 4:30 (our “need to have it by” date). Clean it again
Your ladies working the desk were not very friendly or inviting. I had never been to a dry cleaner before, so I asked about starches for my blouses and she responded as if I were an inconvenience. She didn’t tell me when my shirts would be ready to pick up or how I would know they were ready. The man I picked my shirts up from was very friendly and inviting, so thank you to whomever that was. My shirts ARE clean though.. so I guess my mission was accomplished.
You got red lipstick out of a Patagonia vest that I thought for sure was ruined. Thank you!!
There was not a price listing so I was surprised when I picked up my two pair of pants that costed almost $30. Although the service was pleasant, I don't think I'll return. I'll wash and iron my pants myself.
