I have Faye’s pick up and deliver. They do everything great if they follow the instructions on the bag. I request extra heavy starch on all the clothes I send in and it usually takes a couple times to get it right.
They were able to accommodate a last minute dry clean of a filthy jersey! The stains were all gone and the jersey looked brand new!
Shirts were damp, had no sleeve creases, wife is re-ironing. They are a mess. We may have to rewash just to get your wrinkles out! I’m afraid to look at my suits!
I took to smiths in Syracuse , was missing 2 special order shirts that we needed for weekend the lady at Smith’s told me could not call main place where they clean them cause they were closed , I called when I got in car learned they were opened till 9:00 pm shiryd were not starched still wrinkled , I don’t feel comfortable taking anything there after that,
Ken C. Terrible !!! Took 3 wool shirts in to be dry cleaned. I believe they were laundered and not dry cleaned. The material was damaged, shrunk, and felt like sand paper and looked terrible. They denied everything. Buyer beware !! Don't take expensive clothing here to be dry cleaned.
I am really struggling with your ironing. My shirts are very wrinkled and the collars of my women’s dress shirts are off. I’d like them redone.
Well on feb 17th I went to pickup my dry cleaning at the Layton location and the kid working there had no clue what he was doing. He didnt know how to use the computer to find my order. All he kept doing is staring at the computer and scratching his head so after about 5 minutes i told him I would just come back on Monday. I blame the management for not training these kids well enough to work on their own. This is not the first time i have had to deal with an untrained kid.
The 2 girls working at the kaysville location were very unprofessional and rude. I have always preferred going to Fayes, but if the customer service is going to continue to be the way it was today. I will find another place where they have respect and are willing to help the customers if they need it.
Quit sending me emails. I dont have service with you and I want you to stop sending me daily emails. I dont even live in the correct state. I've replied 100 of times and you still spam me.
