I was charged so much. The lady had told me it would be one charge for everything and didn’t tell me it was separate charge for blankets and dresses that I wanted washed the same and then they tried to tell me my cloths wasn’t ready after I waited two days but then finally found it. I was a horrible experience and would never go again.

When I dropped off my dry cleaning I accidentally left my nice clean dry cleaning bag there. When I picked my clothes up, I asked if they had it. They gave me the filthiest yellow stained bag I’d ever seen. I sat at the window and waited for them to come back and they traded it for another very dirty bag, I came home and threw it in the garbage. I think I’ll start going to Red Hanger.
I have been coming there for years - upon my recent visit my bill almost doubled and the person on hand said “oh yeah our rates went up…” Wish I would’ve known that. Shame on me - I won’t be back..... and you guys always did great work

The clothes are all wrinkled. Clothes were folded poorly and I will have to redo them again. Not very impressed. Would appreciate text reminders a day in advance so we can leave the hanger at tge front door. Thank you
Still haven’t received your bags and you lost part of my previous order for 3 days. Prices are reasonable and the clothes were clean.

My coat was done when they said it would be. It looked beautiful, almost like when it was new. The dirty spots where gone, no dog hair!
DON'T EVER GO HERE!!!! I took my wedding dress here to be cleaned. When I got my dress back they broke an embellishment, stitches were undone in the bottom of the dress, and they initially lost the bag I brought my dress in. When they found the bag in the back and brought it out to me, I noticed there was a huge whole in the back of the bag. When I brought the issues to their attention, they stated they would send my dress to their Ogden store to fix the broken embellishment (claimed nothing else was their fault). When I pic... read more
