Do not bring any dry cleaning here if you want it back! They lost a $200 down comforter we brought in. When we called to get it back they said they had it but then I went in and they could not find it. I asked to speak to the owner or have her call and the "manager" said she would not call me back. Not only did they lose an expensive down comforter, they refuse to make it right. They offered store credit as if I would ever take anything back there! Don't waste your time or money on this place.
Driver is very nice however the quality of the clothes when we receive them is sleeves folded in, dress shirts not layed out in an ironed format so there’s wrinkles all over the front and back. But the worst right now is the new uncoated metal hangers that are being used. We used to get white hangers, but with the new uncoated ones it’s leaving grey marks on the inside of the shirts.
Really disappointed this time that the shirt we had you clean has wrinkles pressed into it and looks like it may have ended up bunched on the floor for a while. We are usually really happy with your service.
The collars aren’t being ironed very well and the buttons keep getting burnt off. I was happier with Your Valet before they were bought out
The curtain looked good after the cleaning and the staff at your establishment were really nice, polite & a credit to your business.
I guess I never realize as usually I take 6-9 shirts in at a time this time I only took 3 and was surprised that it was over $8. I made comment to the person helping me her response it what I was surprised by She said well they are $2 something a shirt which makes your total $8 something. I said well I may need to shop around she said oh well and walked away. I was shocked I took my shirts off the hanger where she put them and walked out no thank you or nothing
Sent a shirt for my husband and it came back with spots on it from the cleaners. Sent it back again and it is still dirty. In fact the shirt is ruined. Shirts are not cheap so it really makes me mad. Then I have had them not pick up my cleaning or not returning my cleaning. I am ready to find a ne cleaner.
I have Faye’s pick up and deliver. They do everything great if they follow the instructions on the bag. I request extra heavy starch on all the clothes I send in and it usually takes a couple times to get it right.
They were able to accommodate a last minute dry clean of a filthy jersey! The stains were all gone and the jersey looked brand new!
