I took in four pants and one dress to be shortened. The four pants were brand new and the dress was a few years old. I cleaned all items before taking the pieces in for shortening. I explained to the clerk where to make the cuts and that the pants were new and all pieces were cleaned. The clerk did not tell me that Faye's would need to charge me to re-clean the pieces before alterations. He simply took the pieces and gave me a ticket. I’ve been sending my dry cleaning to another cleaners but decided to give Hoffmann in the Smith’s complex on Harrison a try. The employees are great to work with BUT when I had someone alterations done to some pants everything went to crap.  I sent a pair of Levi’s to be altered 2&1/2 inches, they came back altered 1 inch. Sent them back and they lost them. Took three weeks and they still couldn’t find them. Except for the fact that you ruin people’s clothing and then don’t make it right. I had a dress I have ONLY brought to you guys to clean. Never had a problem before. You guys burned the dress and then had the audacity to tell me it’s the dress manufacturer’s fault? And never before had it been damaged by you guys? And you insult me with an offer of in-store credit? I’ll be posting pics and shooting my story out on social media for all to see. Thanks for nothing, Faye’s.

I have never left a review with a business before. I brought a custom made bedspread for my master bedroom to be dry cleaned. It has been one month now and me driving to the store to see if it's back because the phone doesn't work. I am now told it is lost.

Ok soooo here’s a sad story… a cautionary tale of sorts. Last year, after the season I took our Santa ant Mrs. outfits to Fay’s Dry Cleaning as I have done every year. When I picked them up they were beautiful, just like new. It was great. This year, as the last five years I took the removable fur off and dropped our outfits off at Fay’s . Three days later I went in to pick them up and OMG I could not believe my eyes. They were an absolute mess. I brought in two pair of pants for heavy starch that was good the legs where not straight which cost me money I have been coming to this place for 5 years this was the worst pressing job I have seen since doing business. I am hoping that maybe you where training a new person

I pointed out food stains on the drapery. They are still there and they are terribly wrinkled. Sad for the 180.00 I paid.

I took my new expensive white comforter in for cleaning before storing it for the season. I picked it up, $31.00, and when I got home it just didn't look folded well in the bag so I pulled it out and it was disgusting. It had tiny blue specs of someone else's item all over the comforter and it stunk. My comforter smelled nice and was bright white when I gave it to Faye's.
