Best dry cleaning around !!!!
After finding my long wool coat hanging in my closet full of mold, I called Comet and learned to never store coats in plastic bags. So, I went straight to Comet, and was warned that the mold often does not come out. However, to my pleasant surprise, Comet removed all the mold and saved my coat.
My linen pieces did not look like were ironed a all when I requite heavy sizing for all my linen clothing. The two pieces looked like that were when I dropped they off. Although extremely inconvenient, I will be bring them back (a stripped sleeveless stripped shirt and a white Jacket) for a 2nd try at no charge.
They didn’t wash my shirts right. When I asked that I have special instructions to wash my shirt then she replied we can’t guarantee every time. I think it’s just bad customer service rather simply said let us take care of you. She needs training or simply loose my business.
To me dry cleaning is dry cleaning. I’ve have had dry cleaning performed ALL over the country big cities like Chicago rural areas like Kentucky etc etc...With that being said the prices at this place are ridiculously OVER priced. 5$ for a button down shirt? 5$ for a pair of khaki shorts? Total bill being an average of 8$ per item?!?! Yea first and last time I ever go to here again.

My shirts are tagged to press collar open and flat yet I have to send them back often.
I tell them take care of stains and laundry but i think they did dry clean and stain didn’t move I could done this myself It’s too bad
The top buttons of my husband's shirts were the only ones buttoned causing them to fold back and crease in the plastic bags. I think this could be resolved by buttoning additional buttons (middle and bottom) to prevent this from happening. Is this you normal practice? Other than that the clothes were clean and spots removed.
My suits did not look like I just got dry-clean.
