My coupon was not attached to my order and I was told it could not be fixed until next time. I was charged $46.00 (3 pieces) and told that the discount will be added next time, I’ll have another coupon next time so how will that help me?

This is my 2nd email. Went to pick up clothes at Bandera Rd location. Was told a couple items were missing as they went to wrong store, odd they weren't at correct store yet as I came in two days after they were supposed to be ready. I took what they had and left as I had to leave town. When I came back they charged me full price for the missplaced items. When I asked the man in charge ( he had a beard) I was told no discount. Not satisfied with customer service.
This time I left a Tuxedo shirt for dry clean but I’m very disappointed of the quality of the ironing. The collar, plaids and cuffs had a lot of wrinkles. The service was attentive dough.
