All 3 shirts were badly ironed!: collars wrinkled & sleeves not ironed at all! Had to redo them, made pictures! Bad work!!

I dropped off a comforter to be cleaned and provided the associate with a coupon I received from The back of an H-E-B receipt for 25% off comforter cleaning. When my husband picked up the dry cleaning, the woman said she never received the coupon after I gave it to her when I dropped it off. She was extremely rude and not until my husband had to call me did she apply it. Rude service!

Dropped uniforms off Friday afternoon and ready on Saturday afternoon. This was the 4th place I had to go to on short notice because of limited service because of Covid. This will be my ONLY dry cleaning place will use! It’s a done deal!

Customer service and friendliness is gone. Staff change really hurt this store and I’m considering not even going back.

This was my first time using this location. I had used a coupon when I dropped off my items. However, when I picked them up yesterday, when the associate went to ring up my items it took the coupon discount away. She tried to get it to accept it, but could not get it. 4 shirts were supposed to be pressed along a fire cadet patch on each shoulder. Only one of the 4 was pressed. I have no idea how this could happen. It has caused inconvenience because there was no time to leave them again here in San Antonio. They will have to be done in Houston now because my son had to leave.
