I have been taking my items to Comet Cleaners for many years, now. Why? Because they a) do a great job and b) don't lose things. Also, years ago the then local manager called me and told me she had found $200 in my pocket; I got the money back. See? They even hire honest people!
I had stop using Comet cleaners for the fact that they had melted the bottoms of 5 of my business dress shirts then when I went back to speak with manager she was rude and denied to replace the buttons. I tried to explain that the shirts were not in the same condition as when I dropped them off . I don’t remember the name of the manager but she was rude and unprofessional.
