First time I've ever used Comet . I had to have one of my two shirts redone. I asked for heavy starch and it looked like a wet noodle. Service was good though. The person that helped me was curious and did not try to argue

Well, about a month ago, I picked up my clothes & my shirts seemed not ironed, very wrinkled. I mentioned it to Linda, I know it is not her fault. She said she was going to contact somebody about it.
Great job of cleaning a delicate item. We were afraid it may get damaged but it was returned clean and in good condition.

I submitted my tuxedo purposefully in one unit. Parts/pieces found in unexplainable groupings of shirts, coats. WhenI submit a tuxedo - I expect to receive a complete tuxedo.

Very disappointed. I brought in a bedspread and two shams. I signed a paper stating that cleaning may damage them and was told the charge would be $37. However, when I picked it up, the charge was $60! ! !
I paid $18.00 for 2 pants and a shirt to be cleaned. The cleaner in my old neighborhood charged $3,50 for pants and $3.00 for shirts Won't be using your service anymore!
One of my shirts was stained during the cleaning process.

When I dropped off clothes the lady working there said I had a 10 dollar coupon . When I picked up clothes the a different lady said I didn’t have any coupon. You guys need to train your people better ,and not give wrong information
