They lied to me that they had incooperated my 30% off coupon into my bill. I added up my bill and they did not. What a shame
I was not happy at all, my comforters smelled like cigarettes and didn’t look clean at all. They were more wrinkled then when i took them in and didn’t look any different. I was and am very disappointed, the service was nice the ladies I met were very friendly, but I will not be returning.
There is nothing that I can think of that would need improvement.
I went there and they had a pay two get one free they half ass cleaned my coats, I'm ok with that since they were disgusting, but the third one wasn't clean and they destroyed it and said it was like that when I left it (it wasn't), I paid normal price, didn't get the promo and they ripped a sleeve off of one of my jackets didn't even bother cleaning
The manager at the counter was very friendly. I brought military uniforms in to get clean and pressed. I stressed the importance of the crease on the sleeve being down the center of the stripes on 7 shirts. She even wrote a note and pinned it to each shirt stating the importance of centering the crease. When I picked up the shirts 5 of the 7 had permanent creases way off center. Pre Spot treatment didn’t work at all like they said it would
Expensive -- and didn't get pricing up front. One price was written on my receipt and I was charged another. Also It was like 12 bucks to get my uniform washed and pressed. It's 6 bucks most ther places and I don't have to deal with the traffic of 1604.. Not worth the drive to that part of town.
Your prices for cleaning blankets to include normal and down blankets seem extraordinary high.....
Had some pretty nasty stains on my white shirt & they were removed to my surprise!!! Thank you!!!
