There been many issues with this store on employee not following directions , been multiple times I have asked for heavy starch on spandex jeans , and they purse to use lights starch , I have taken to ther store and told them directly to use heavy starch and not follow that garment or system says and all turned out how I wanted my jeans , there was a new girl there I told her exactly what I wanted next day my jeans were excellent, other issue I had was took a dress for zipper replacement and next day picked up it was dry cle... read more

I had the experience of lost clothing. I came in to pickup my clothes when I noticed that my pants( a pair of gray slacks I had been concerned whether spots would be removed) were not in my order. I was promptly told that my order had six items and six items were being returned. I stated that I didn’t care how many items the. Person miss counted, I had a pair of gray slacks and I wanted them,, this stand off lasted until a member of the staff came out with the slacks.. and apology was given..

Shirt was misplaced and basically got Pennie’s on a Dollar per Linda. Seems like this could be improved.
