Cleaning was ready when promised. There were no issues.
Terribly expensive ! Comet charges $5.57 a piece where as Rick's Cleaners charges only $3.39 a dry cleaning piece. So I paid over $13 MORE for just (6) pieces of dry cleaning. Great quality service, terribly expensive !! I will NOT be back.......
I had my shirt get lost during COVID-19, but I was notified it was found. When I went to pick it up, they told me how much and the new manager said it was no charge. He remembered the incident. It was handled very courteous in the end. I will forever go back!😊

Very efficient and friendly staff. My orders have never had any items missing ( unlike my previous cleaners who always had lost items). I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate their customers. (Home pick- up and delivery during this COVID time) They are the best!
