I’ve done business with comet cleaners on i-10 and dezavala for many years every month I spend 125 to 150 dollars great service and good job on the dry cleaning the lady manager there was very kind and professional since I work in new braunfels now I tried using you guys and the quality of work is great your not the cheapest but you get what you pay for I always dealt with a young man there that drove a bmw he was always professional and great personality as much clothes as I would take he would always give me a small disco... read more
Shirts were ready early but with wrinkled collars and cuffs needing to be redone at home.
Been there only twice. But this last time they ruined my sweater . Wasn’t dry cleaned looks like they washed it and it had fuzzy stuff all over it. Disappointed.
I had a last minute request for earlier pick-up, You did a wonderful job of meeting my request and getting my dryclearing earlier' My wife was able to wear her dress to an important Vhristmas function/ Thank you!
Asked for heavy starch on my pants and got light
I took 2 jerseys to get cleaned as they are match jerseys that are $150-$160/ea that I don’t want to put in my washing machine. One was there for the first time and the other for its second time. Both jerseys were tagged as “damaged on arrival” with “snags” and stains “all over”. These jerseys are brand new and instead of trusting in their own service, Comet tags them as damaged on arrival just in case they damage them themselves to not be liable and responsible for replacing them. Every week for the last three months I have dropped off my clothes for the week for work and every week they can’t find at least a portion of my items and instead of taking the time to find it before I leave, they just passively say, “we will find it later and call you,” as if I don’t care when I get my items. This company (especially the one at 1932 S Seguin) needs someone that knows how to manage a business and someone to retrain their people. Wow!! Up until this last experience I was singing your praises. I’ve had comforters cleaned, drapes cleaned and numerous articles of clothing with great results. On this visit we took 9 shirts and 7 pairs of slacks on Thursday 5/6, to be ready for pickup Friday 5/7. We got busy preparing for a trip on Tuesday 5/11, so I go Monday 5/10. I was totally shocked to find that all 16 pieces were laundered, folded and stuffed in our drop-off bag. I began coming to this dry cleaners because it is closer to my home. My new dress was supposed to just be pressed. My receipt didn’t say what they did to it, but I believe almost $12 just to press is too expensive for me. I’ll change cleaners. I can drive a little farther and still save money
