I began coming to this dry cleaners because it is closer to my home. My new dress was supposed to just be pressed. My receipt didn’t say what they did to it, but I believe almost $12 just to press is too expensive for me. I’ll change cleaners. I can drive a little farther and still save money
Starch is weak. Sometimes i get good starch, sometimes not. It’s always a gamble. The shirts have zero starch. Just pressed. Unacceptable and I’m tired of spending $60+ and every other time this happens. I could drive 15 minutes further and use tip top and not be worried.
Their prices are hidden and prohibitive, you would be better served to find another cleaner

Terribly expensive ! Comet charges $5.57 a piece where as Rick's Cleaners charges only $3.39 a dry cleaning piece. So I paid over $13 MORE for just (6) pieces of dry cleaning. Great quality service, terribly expensive !! I will NOT be back.......
