Middle age woman, an employee of Comet Cleaners, was rude. She kept talking to the customer in front of me in the drive- thru. After what seemed to me as 67 minutes, I had to say something. Drop off was good. That’s where you received the stars. Pickup was not good. The man was abrupt, interrupted me when I tried to give him my ticket. He only wanted my name and number, even though I kept trying to give my ticket. No friendliness or “chatting” from him. Very unkempt looking as well.
The gentleman working didnt bother to get up fr his seat or take out the ear buds. Not really interested in the customer. Therefore, my instructions for one piece were not followed
I've sent numerous emails and surveys. Comet used to be a reasonable cleaners, but with COVID and everyone increasing prices, shirts, laundered, are outrageous. Sending coupons for "household goods" is meaningless to me. Some cleaners in the area have one day a week when the shirts are around $2.50-or so, NOT over $3.00 as you charge. I went to pick up my clothes and I almost didn't get my stuff because phone number wasn't the rite one I told the kid that and I gave him the rite number the lady that was taking care of me was rude so I'm taking my business somewhere else
I took a hooded sweatshirt, I paid $60 for. The idiots took out the rope from the hood and lost it!!! I went in and requested to speak with ladies and this Kid says they don’t speak English so I told him to speak to them no they didn’t have it, in a 24 hour or less, they lost it!!! I put something temporary in so I could take it to AZ. For my trip. Never again
I was told my items would be ready at 5pm on Monday after dropping them off on Saturday. When I went to pick them up, was told only one was ready. The woman at the counter told me the other wasn’t ready because it was dry clean only. Really?!?! Why do you think I took it to a dry cleaners? Plus she was rude to me when I asked her to ring up the other item. This place is clueless. They are in outer space. Staff don’t even know they work at a dry cleaners or what that even is. The store was an absolute disaster area, bags and clothes strewn everywhere, my clothes were pressed but didn’t smell clean. I had dropped off in the drive through so I didn’t see the mess until I picked up, by then it was too late to choose another cleaner. I won’t be going back
Prices are WAY too high. 4 shirts for $16.00 - robbery !
