I’m a long time comet customer in San Antonio’,first time I’ve used the comet cleaners in New Braunfels and it was a good first time experience, the young lady that assisted me when I pick up my clothes did a great job and manage to save me money that’s the quality of people businesses need to give good customer service , I hope one day to see her representing your company at a management position

Great service but prices seem a little high
Everything was great with our dry-cleaning. They are our go to but the only negative is the price is on the higher side. They previously had wed/sat half off which made it affordable but no longer do.

Cleaning was ready when promised. There were no issues.
I had my shirt get lost during COVID-19, but I was notified it was found. When I went to pick it up, they told me how much and the new manager said it was no charge. He remembered the incident. It was handled very courteous in the end. I will forever go back!😊
