the 2nd day we brought jeans to you for starching - there was NO starch in the jeans! it was Friday and we were leaving town on Saturday...very disappointing to pay almost $8 for you to wash and press a pair of jeans...and NO starch!

The clerk was very pleasant and helpful recommending that I have my sweaters folded as opposed to being put on hangers. This is not the first time I have used Classic Cleaners - it has been a while since I have been in. This is my cleaner of choice. I like the location and the service is always good!

I will NEVER use this cleaners again!!!! The garment I brought in was not ready. The garment was promised on Wednesday. We went to pick it up on Thursday after 3 PM. It was NOT ready. The shop owner should have had the courtesy enough to call us and inform us that the garment was not ready. Instead, the owner or worker was rude and UNAPOLOGETIC. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

My son's laundry was fresh, clean and folded so nicely!
What a pleasant and satisfying experience! I left my slacks to be cleaned with the manager of the store. We had a nice conversation about my sons who had both been in recently. I picked up my slacks the next day and another nice young lady was working. She, too, was very pleasant and we had a enjoyable conversation as well. I went to Classic Cleaners to have a comforter washed. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. The young man assisting me was personable and very friendly. I had been to Classic Cleaners in the past to pick up something for a friend. During that time I spoke with a different young man who was equally as personable and easy-going. I haven't yet picked up my cleaned comforter but I would recommend Classic Cleaners simply because of the outstanding service.

Classic Cleaners definitely lives up to the ratings I saw before deciding where to take my business. The staff is very friendly, the establishment is clean, and the turnover time between drop-off and pick-up is very reasonable. Additionally, I love that they offer email receipts and correspondence to coincide with their environmental practice. My garments turned out great; I will undoubtedly continue my business with Classic Cleaners.
