Personal attention to details. Kat and her colleague Mark [I hope I got this right] are excellent. Great interpersonal skills. They know you by name. They are always professional in their interactions. They treat everyone with respect. They take pride in their job. I wish other businesses would copy their performance.

The staff at the West Carmel location - Kat and Mark - are top notch! Both of them are personable, courteous, and prompt in their customer service delivery. And as always, the clothes are laundered to a high professional standard, as well!

I enjoyed the cleanliness, location, and customer service! I asked an employee there about the free delivery and they told me they had it. Thinking she wrote me down for it, I didn't ask any further. Instead, she handed me my ticket and told me when to pick it up!
the 2nd day we brought jeans to you for starching - there was NO starch in the jeans! it was Friday and we were leaving town on Saturday...very disappointing to pay almost $8 for you to wash and press a pair of jeans...and NO starch!
The clerk was very pleasant and helpful recommending that I have my sweaters folded as opposed to being put on hangers. This is not the first time I have used Classic Cleaners - it has been a while since I have been in. This is my cleaner of choice. I like the location and the service is always good!
