The lady who helped me could not have been any kinder or more helpful. She went out of her way to get me the best price she could on my dry cleaning. The store was so clean and had an inviting atmosphere. It was just a comfortable place to do business. I will definitely use this location for any future dry cleaning needs.
It was superb!!! Manager/owner listened to what I had to say about the garment I brought in. It had been hanging in the closet for about 10 yrs and hadn't been clean and had some spots on it. When I picked it up it looked like a brand new dress. I was very impressed!!!! Will B Returning!!!

Well, I've been your customer for probably 20 years, but you sent me a message about my first experience. It has been awhile, but certainly not my first time there. Your message lists you 96th location, but my most recent drop off was at the Michigan Rd location which is across from where I work. And I dropped off for a zipper repair, so I won't even have my item back for a week. Just relocated to INDY from California. I searched for a good dry cleaner business... And I found a GREAT Establishment!! Catherine at Classic cleaners is very professional- knows her customers by name. This is customer support at its finest. My clothes are ready the same day when I drop then off in the A.M. I couldn't believe it. The young gentlemen who works there is very cordial... I always forget his name. I will not allow anyone to touch my clothes but classic cleaners! SECOND TO NONE "."

I absolutely love Katt and her team. I don't ever feel that I'm not going in to "just a regular" dry cleaners. Katt makes you feel special as well as your clothes. My husband is very detailed about his shirts as he practices law and desires to present himself well. Classic Cleaners allows him to do that after Katt looks at the collar:)
We have been with Classic for more years than I wish to remember. The best word that defines our relationship...CONSISTENT . My store is always helpful, friendly, timely, excellent finished work! I can't remember ever having to have something re-cleaned, or lost. It is just the best.
