I have been happy with the service and the quality at Classic Cleaners for several years now. On the last shirts that I had laundered I will have to bring one back to do over at no charge. The collar is not clean at all. This is the first time in years that this has happened. In general I think that is very good. My shirts have always been done on time. Quick, friendly, and easy process - this was my first time at Classic Cleaners, and stopped by on my way to work. I was in a hurry, and anxious about how long it might take to get everything into their computers so I could be on my way. I was out the door in only a few minutes, and had the same experience when I went to pick up my items the next day.
I am confident my Carmel location. The staff is professional and friendly and they know you buy name. I usually make a weekly trip and am always pleased. An item was recently damaged during the cleaning process. The staff responded with the highest level of care to repair the item to my satisfaction. (I think I may have accidently caused the tear in the seam!)
The manager at the Michigan Road store, Cat, is fantastic. She is always friendly and makes us feel welcome. She is efficient and provides excellent customer service. Dropping off and picking up cleaning is a pleasure because Cat is such a warm, caring person!
