Great first experience with great customer service. The associate was very attentive and walked me through the services that were available.
I was told about your business over a year ago, but didn't follow through because of various delays. I finally took by friends advice and took my wool coat to have it cleaned over from a previous clean that looked horrible. I must say I was amazed at how well the coat turned out. I feel really good about your establishment and will recommend it to others. I walked in to pick up my coat and the clerk remembered by name...this was my first time going there and she remembered by name, amazing...very personable.
Employees were very polite over the phone and quickly incorporated me into the existing neighborhood route. The dry-cleaning service was of high quality, and the pricing was very competitive. I love the convenience of this service!
I cannot imagine a better representative of your business than Eleanor Crider. She is always cheerful, knows every customer by name and represents your company very, very well.

Ellen and Nancy are the best. I have been visiting the 62nd street store for over 15 years and they have always been friendly and courteous. I consider them both my friends. Their service has been outstanding.
