I had used a $10 credit a few weeks ago to get a pair of pants cleaned, which only cost $7 something. I mentioned to Ellen that the person hadn't told me to save it for a larger load. Ellen said that my account would have given me a credit for the difference, but she couldn't find that it had. So, she gave me the Wednesday price even though it was Thursday. I was greeted as I came in the door. The lady at the counter was very upbeat and efficient. I left feeling good about dropping my clothes off to be cleaned even though I suspected it would be an expensive event.
The staff was very professional and my cleaning was done when it said it would be. They had to rush my order with I appreciated very much.
I have used Classic Cleaners a number of times, so this wasn't my first visit. I really appreciated the speed in which the service was done and everything looked good when I picked it up at the time they said it would be ready.
