I took two cocktail dresses to be dry cleaned. Returned in two days and was told the total cost would be $52 !!!! I never dreamed it would cost that much!! I can get the same two dresses cleaned at another local dry cleaner for around $20. I can replace the dresses after 6 cleanings!! There are several reasons why I will not be doing business with Classic Cleaners in the future. First off, I dropped my purse off to have it cleaned. When I picked it up it was completely discolored. This was a 200.00 Coach purse for which I had paid a lot of money. When I complained about the appearance I was told that I had been forewarned, which was a lie because I would not have left my purse if I had known it would be ruined.
